Description:

Make your way through the galaxies to find the location of the Astrocore and stop the onslaught of asteroids plaguing the universe.  Inspired by the classic arcade game Asteroids, shoot your way through waves of increasingly difficult and unique enemies as you upgrade to make you humble ship unstoppable!

Tips:

ONLY LOOK AT THIS IF STUCK!

There are three zones in the game, you progress through zones by activating the satellite that eventually spawns in every zone by flying through it. 

Once activated that zone's boss will spawn, defeating it grants the portal to the next zone. 

Boss Tips:

UFO Boss: Damage it by shooting its feet, stick near the edge of the screen to avoid its bullets and red ring of death. Take out UFOs as they spawn to prevent too much bullet spam.

Monsteroid: Shooting it spawns crystaloids so don't let too many build up as you attack it. It also passively spawns tiny homing asteroids that should be delt with ASAP.  Generally, keep you distance to avoid its bullet attack. Same advice applies for its second phase.

Astrocore: Generally the boss itself isn't too dangerous, but instead the combo of its pulling field and asteroid spawning. Keep your distance and don't be in any of its cardinal directions to avoid its laser attack.

Although the "story" mission is to defeat the Astrocore, the real goal is to get the highest score possible. (ENDING SPOILERS) You can keep your run going by absorbing the Astrocore's powers when reaching the final zone, allowing you to enter a new game + mode.

Cheats!

DON'T LOOK AT THIS UNLESS YOU WANT THE GAME RUINED FOR YOURSELF!

After reaching the Astrocore for the first time you will unlock the cheat menu by pressing the ? asteroid in the main menu with your mouse. However, you can get it early by clicking A - S - S on the game's title (real cool secret i know).

While you're at it, try clicking the faded-out asteroid on the main menu in the bottom left corner, maybe something fun will happen?
